4. Saltburn Beach

You’ll find the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK; a Grade II-listed tramway travels the steep north-facing cliff between the town and pier, adding a dramatic journey down to the seafront. You can also explore the stunning Valley Gardens, abundant with flowers and woodland frequented with benches for resting, as well as a Woodland Centre, children's play areas and refreshments.
5. Lark Lane and Sefton Park, Liverpool
Liverpool’s charm-filled Lark Lane is home to retro, characterful buildings and unique storefronts. From vintage clothing stores exploding with patterned fabrics to gift shops with quirky trinkets, Lark Lane is brimming with magical delights.
