Your chance to talk all things TPE
Customer feedback is really important to us and helps to shape the services that we offer. We want to give our customers the opportunity to get in touch and discuss the things that matter to them when it comes to travelling by train.
If you would like the opportunity to share your views on our services and improve them for the future, then please complete this form and we'll be in touch regarding an upcoming #TalkTPE event.
During #TalkTPE you'll be able to join a video conference call to speak directly to a TPE manager. We always love to hear from our customers and this is a great way for us to have a private discussion with you. Each session is limited to fifteen minutes per customer, but you can set the agenda - ask us anything you like and we'll be happy to talk to you!
