Can I get the student discount at a station ticket office?
You can only get the student half price offer through the orange 'Buy Tickets' button on this page or on the TPExpress app with the code TPESTUDENT. If you have a 16-25 Railcard, you can save 1/3 on tickets you buy at a station.
What train tickets can I use the student discount on?
You can use the half price student offer on TransPennine Express Standard Advance Purchase tickets. If you want a different kind of ticket, like an off-peak return or open return, you can still use your 16-25 Railcard for 1/3 off.
