If you have an urgent safety issue, please tell a member of station or train staff. If you would like to make a complaint, please fill out our Complaints form.

Tell us about any other issue you spot at the station or on board a train using one of the forms detailed below. We will pass your comment onto our teams on the ground and give you a reference number to check on the issue, or you can opt to receive live updates by text or email.

If you would simply like to make a suggestion for ways we could improve or do things differently, we would love to hear those too.
