Can I use the app outside the UK?
For security and fraud prevention reasons, some functionality of the app may be prohibited if you are attempting to access while outside of the UK, or connected to a non-verified UK data or WiFi connection.
Full app functionality will be possible when you're within the UK and require your eTicket for travel. For added peace of mind, a copy of your eTicket can be found attached to your booking confirmation email. This can be shown on your device at any time if required.
